This Workshop Offers You a Supportive Space To:

Gently Release Stuck Energy: Every traumatic event, whether physical, mental, or emotional, gets trapped in the energy body as well as the physical body, and perpetuates negative karmic patterns in your everyday life. By combining meditation with somatic movement, you get double the support in gently releasing these stuck energetic events.

Quiet the Noisy Mind: With the Integrative Amrit Method Yoga Nidra™ practice, busy thoughts soften and slow down so that energy can travel, unimpeded, throughout the subtle bodies. Rose will guide you into a deep meditation where thoughts become whispers so you can hear your inner child and nurture the parts of you that have been silenced for years.

Dance Like No One is Watching: There’s magic in movement. The somatic and conscious movement practice, JourneyDance™, is a fun and gentle way to release stuck energy in the physical body. Danielle will offer a guided experience and journey, helping you build a connection to your inner child. No steps. No judgment. The focus is on the internal experience, not the external appearance.

Make Friends with Your Emotions: Emotions are just energy in motion. Emotions come in all shapes and sizes. Having a supportive and nurturing space to let them flow through allows for a better understanding of why certain experiences can trigger anger, sadness, fear, or anxiety. This cultivates a kinder, gentler relationship within.

    Though a replay is available, we strongly suggest attending live to gain the benefit of being in community with other women who are also doing the work.

    I AM Yoga Nidra™ is a carefully curated guided meditation that embodies the ancient teachings of Yoga for the purpose of allowing trapped energy to be released gently.

    JourneyDance™ is guided but there are no “steps”. You can also move and dance from a chair if you have any physical challenges.

    • Emotional Distress or Instability: If you feel overwhelmed by your emotions or experience sudden shifts in your emotional state, you will benefit from inner child work.

    • Challenges with Self-Esteem & Self-Worth: If you struggle with feelings of inadequacy or a lack of self-esteem, connecting with and healing your inner child can often lead to a more compassionate self-view.

    • Relationship Issues: If you struggle with repetitive patterns of difficulty in relationships, whether romantic, familial, or platonic, you may have unresolved childhood emotions that affect your connection with others.

    • Past Trauma or Abuse: If you have experienced trauma, neglect, or abuse during childhood, you can benefit significantly from inner child healing as a way to process and heal these deep wounds.

    • Fear of Rejection or Abandonment: If you have a fear of being rejected or abandoned, which often stems from early childhood experiences, you can address this pain through inner child work, allowing yourself to release deep seated fear and attachments.

    • Difficulty Expressing Needs or Setting Boundaries: If you find it challenging to communicate your needs or set boundaries, inner child healing can help you understand and assert these aspects of yourself more confidently and with grace.

    • Procrastination & Self-Sabotage: If you find yourself undermining your own success or procrastinating on important tasks, you might be experiencing the influence of an unhealed inner child.

    • Seeking External Validation: If you rely on external validation for self-worth, chances are your inner child needs attention and affirmation.

    • Addictive Behaviors: Oftentimes, addictive behaviors serve as a coping mechanism for unresolved childhood pain, which inner child healing can address.

The journey

In this workshop: 

We’re joining together in a community of women eager to finally put their past experiences behind them and step forward into their power with grace and confidence to create a life of purpose and joy.

Rose will give some insight into what I AM Yoga Nidra™ is and how it works for releasing trapped traumatic-based energy in the Koshas (energy bodies). You will then be guided through creating your own powerful personalized intention to use during the guided meditation experience that follows.

After meditation, you’ll be given a 30-minute break for integration, journaling, or whatever calls to you. You may want to enjoy a cup of tea or a light snack.

We’ll come back together for a check-in, and Danielle will share why JourneyDance™, a somatic movement practice, can help you release trapped energy from the physical body and connect with your inner child. We’ll move, breathe, sound, and journey together to meet our little one.

You’ll have time to share anything that may have come up for you and be heard with love and respect.

We’ll also share how you can get further support if you choose to move forward on your healing journey.

  • Rose Velasco is the founder and owner of Women’s Empowered Health Solutions and the creator of Heal. Reclaim. Thrive. Synergistic Soul Coaching.

    Rose’s journey through life was arduous and painful until realizing she was the one and only person responsible for her experience of life.

    After leaving a 17-year career, proving her worth, in a male-dominated industry, Rose dove headfirst into recreating her life through the Alternative Healing Arts, to reconnect with and balance her excessive masculine energies with feminine. She found herself on a new journey, traveling inward, to her Divine Nature.

    After four years of training at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, Rose took her degree one step further with a certification in Akashic Record reading for releasing negative karmic patterning, and changing karma through positive choice.

    Rose now dedicates her life and her business to helping women, nationwide, who experience unwanted emotions and disempowering patterns arising from past life choices that have led to childhood trauma in this life.

  • Danielle Gaebel is the founder and dynamic force behind Superfine Life.

    Her passion for coaching and personal growth shines through her work as a JourneyDance™ Facilitator and certified Mindset Coach.

    Danielle’s unique focus is empowering women who have experienced childhood trauma and life adversities by supporting them on their healing journey with somatic practices and holistic tools for transformation.

    With certifications in NLP, hypnosis, timeline therapy, mindset coaching, moonology, JourneyDance™ (a somatic movement practice), and Kundalini Dance, Danielle combines modalities and somatic techniques to effectively manage the stress and anxiety that comes with being human and healing from traumatic events and boundary ruptures.

    Danielle is a certified trauma-informed practitioner and is currently completing her certification as a Somatic Stress Release Practitioner™.

    She is a wife, mom to two, doggie mama, and has been on a health and wellness journey for 15+ years.

    Danielle's mission is to create a positive impact across families, communities, and societies at large by supporting as many women as possible of all ages, body types, sexual orientations, and gender expressions — regardless of race, ethnicity, migratory status, disability/abilities, and socioeconomic background who have endured trauma and life experiences that have impacted their mind, body, and spirit, so that they may find their way towards healing, self-empowerment, joy, and love.
