I’m an Advanced Yoga Teacher, Transformational Life Coach and Soul Realignment™ Coach for the exhausted over-achievers and people-pleasers seeking to reclaim their joy through releasing fear.
I know what it’s like to have lack of clarity and direction in life, suffering fear of rejection and the unknown, low self-esteem, lack of trust, symptoms of depression and a strong desire for change.
I’ve been there, uncertain about what steps to take to make a big change in my life, seeking guidance from someone who’s been in my shoes.
After years of trying and failing and getting back up to try again, I have stepped into self-empowerment, clarity, high health and JOY.
I’m here for you, to be your guide in creating a happy, healthy and purposeful life.
